20th / 21st January – “Astrophotography” Course. Theoretical/practical course for an overall introduction the techniques of imaging and digital elaborations.
January / April – exhibition of sketches of sun-dials that participated in the competition for the work of art to be installed near the Observatory.
February / April - Course at the OAVDA. 9 theoretical/practical lessons for an overall introduction to Astronomy. Lessons on Tuesdays.
3 Maech– Winter conference
29th March – observation of the partial eclipse of the Sun
20th March – “Galilean Nights”
Observation evenings to discover the Solar System, observation of Jupiter, Saturn and other fascinating objects in deep space. Visits must be booked, prices published in "bookings and prices".
17th /18th June - Archeo-astronomy Course
Theoretical and practical course illustrating the Aosta Valley 's most important archeo-astronomical sites.
8th July – Summer conference
23th / 28th July - Astronomy Summer School.
Saint-Barthélemy – course on practical astronomy for teachers in one of Europe 's best-equipped observatories. One week, after school hours, for teachers, a professional refresher and general star gazing training course.
Between the 7th and the 13th (dates to be defined) – cultural exchanges with the region of Haute Maurienne Vanoise (FR)
12th August - "Etoiles et Musique". Traditional date with the Perseids for an evening observation organised for the public. A glass of wine will toast the Saint-Barthélemy Observatory's third birthday.
7 th September partial eclipse of the Moon.
22th / 24th September –15th edition of Italy 's longest running STAR PARTY, organised with UAI.
23th September - Autumn conference (during the Star Party)
